Interim HSEQ Specialist MVK (ZZP)

Our client is active in engineering, manufacturing and inspection of a wide range of products for the offshore (wind, oil&gas and maritime) industry, represented in 8 countries. Their industry is very dynamic; they have people welding, lifting, inspecting, installing, building and spooling, often all at the same time. The Rotterdam office, workshop floor and quay employs 40 people. For them we are searching for a Interim HSEQ Specialist.

Functieomschrijving

• Monitor and continuously improve the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters concerning compliance and performance of the management systems.
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards and conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and other risk assessments as required.
• Monitor developments in laws and regulations, assess their impact, and advise management accordingly.
• Advise management on the suitability, performance, and effectiveness of the management systems, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Enforce adherence to internal HSE procedures and work instructions, and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs.
• Analyse incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions.

Functie eisen

• MBO/HBO level, MVK or NEBOSH certificate and VCA-VOL diploma
• Minimum of 3 years HSEQ experience in a production environment and experienced in ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 management systems
• Knowledge of Dutch safety and environmental regulations;
• Strong advisory, persuasive, and leadership skills, you are decisive and solution-oriented
• Hands-on mentality;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
